Oscar Lopez Cancio

Oscar Lopez Cancio passed away on April 17, 2020, at the age of 88 years, in Tucson, Arizona. Oscar was born in Tucson, Arizona, on April 28, 1931. He joined and served in the United States Army at a young age. He fought in the Korean War, and earned six Bronze stars. He was a retired carpenter who worked in Arizona and California. He married the love of his life Carmen Gonzales, on September 8,1951. They were blessed with 54 years of marriage and two daughters. Oscar was preceded in death by his parents, younger sister, and loving wife Carmen Cancio. He is survived by his daughters Cecilia Cancio, Alicia Franca, son-in-law Steve Franca and grandson Steven Franca, Jr., and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at a future date due to Covid-19. All family and friends will be notified and welcomed to join us to celebrate his life.
