Ramon Garcia

Ramon Garcia, 59, went home to be with the Lord on June 29, 2019.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 31 years, Catalina Garcia; son, Alan Garcia and his wife Marla Aviles; daughters, Cathy Garcia and Isabella Garcia; brothers, Jose Alfredo Garcia and Antonio Garcia; sisters, Carmen Garcia, Alma Garcia and Cindy Garcia; grandchildren, Vianney, Genesis and Abiel; as well as many nieces and nephews.  Ramon was born in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico to Jose and Carmen Garcia.  An intellectual who thoroughly enjoyed reading and was an admirer of the arts and culture.  Proactive in staying informed with politics and a sports enthusiast.  He was so genuine that he easily made and kept life-long friendships.  A devoted family man who had so much admiration for his wife and children.  After pursuing his wife for three years, he finally made her his bride on April 23, 1988. His son, Alan, granted him so much honor when he joined the U.S. Air Force.  He would proudly wear his "I'm an Air Force Dad" shirts.  He became "Tatu" when Cathy blessed him with three beautiful grandchildren that fulfilled his life with so much joy and love.  Sharing special memories with them like taking them to school or sharing a "prohibited" cup of coffee with them.  Daddy's girl and baby of the family, Isabella, shared a special bond with him.  It put such a big smile on his face when she would dress up in her Mariachi uniform and perform.  A graduate of Nogales High School who pursued a degree in Administration from the Collegio Nacional de Educacion.  A hard working man with an impeccable work ethic.  He had a Bohemian style and in his past time he would prefer to stay home and enjoy his family.  His legacy will live on through his family and his memory will provide them the strength to live on without him until they meet again in Heaven.
