Ruben Ricardo Melendez

You have been the most nurturing Father to all your children. You always gave us warm hugs and made us feel safe when we were around you. You always tried your best to be there for all of your children and comfort us the most you could.  You had the most beautiful smile and laugh that we will cherish and remember forever.  The best gift you gave all your children was that you always believed in each and everyone one of us. You were not just a Dad to us you were our rock and we knew that whatever happened to us you will have been there for each and every one of us. The gentle soul you were, the funny Dad, the wise man and especially those big teddy bear hugs that you would give us, as something we will miss and cherish. We are very thankful to have had you as a Dad and we will be missing your strength, advice, laughs and especially your gentle soul.  We know that you’re no longer with us physically, but we know you will always be in our hearts. We love and will miss you dearly.

Ricardo Ruben Melendez, 53, earned his wings on January 17, 2023. He is preceded by: Son: Leonardo Melendez ; Parents: Anita Melendez; Porforio Melendez Renteria; Grandparents: Guadalupez Tabarez Ibarra; Presiliano Tabarez; Fransisca Melendez Renteria; Jesus Melendez Duran. He is survived by: Sons: Ruben Melendez Jr., Edward Melendez; Daughters: Aneli Melendez Gonzalez; Brothers: Jesus Adrian Melendez; Porfirio Melendez Tabarez; Alejandro Melendez; Sisters: Maria Melendez; Martina Elena Melendez; Francisca Dolores Melendez; and Grandchildren: Isaiah R. Melendez; Mariah Melendez; Josiah Melendez; Aziriah Melendez; Santiago Melendez; Jayden R. Gonzalez; Aubrey N. Gonzalez; Zoey M. Gonzalez; Nathan Gonzalez; Marlowe Rodriguez; London Martinez; Aries Melendez; Braylen Melendez and numerous family and friends. He has physically left but will continue to live in the hearts of all those he touched.
