Richard Lugo

Richard was born September 7th, 1961, in Tucson Arizona.  He was a Sunnyside Alumni well known wrestler. He graduated class of 1978.  Richard was a well known Contractor, a perfectionist, an exceptional craftsmen, he was known and praised for his attention to detail.  He was a man with a vision and the talent to get it done in all aspects of his life.  Family was Richards greatest love.  His sons and grandkids where his world the loves of his life.  He enjoyed boating, hunting, grilling, swimming, riding his Harley, watching the 49ers, all gatherings with family and many   friends.  He was a good man, son, brother, father, Tata and the best friend anyone could have.

Survived by sons Richard aka RJ (Annette), Nathan (Fiancé Teondra Carter), Matthew (Vannessah), his mother Josie Lugo, brother Phillip, sister Veronica and nephew Justin Miller. His grandkids that he loved more than anything Joseph Armani Lugo, Sofia Rozelle Lugo, Kehlani Jean Lugo and Alexandra Luna. Proceeded in death by his father Felipe Lugo and brother Frank Lugo.

Rest easy and don't worry Dad, your sons will make your proud. You've given us the guidance to do so. We love you so much and will miss you forever.

Funeral services will be held Saturday March 20th, 2021, outside at his residence, 5612 S. Meadowlark Ave. Services scheduled to start at 4:00 PM and the Rosary will be at 5:00 PM. Tables and chairs will be spread out for social distancing and masks will be available for those that would like to wear them.
