Rigoberto Castillo, of Tucson was called to Heaven on July 30, 2022. He passed away in his home of at the age of 90. Born to Francisco Leon Castillo and Josefina Monteon on January 27, 1932. He was greeted in Heaven by his parents, brother; Hilberto, sisters: Josefina and Francisca and his great niece Teresa. He is survived by his cousins Armando V. Mendoza and Guadalupe V. Mendoza, niece Gloria Chavez, great nephew Henry Valdez (Teresa), great nieces Edna Chambers (Brian), Eydie Anchando (Robert), Patricia Palomero (Martin), Paulina Figueroa (Louis), many great-great nieces and nephews, Enrique W. Valdez (Briana), Amber Valdez, Elizabeth Valdez (Luis), Avery Austin, Brian Chambers, Gabriella, Isabel, Marcos Anchando, great great great niece and nephews; Alejandro, Endo and Ezah Cordero. Rigoberto Castillo was an amazing man, a father figure to many and he took pride himself and his family. A man who loved his sister very much, a man who prayed daily for his family. He took pride in everything he accomplished. He was faithful to the Catholic Church where he served as an usher over 25 years. He lived and enjoyed a life he built on hard work, compassion, prayer and overall love. He will be greatly missed by the many hearts he blessed with his kindness, wisdom and smile. With no judgement he accepted all with open arms. He always said "Con Paciencia se hace todo, con dios se hace todo". Tio Rigo, you are very loved and we miss you.
