It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of of Robert (Bobby) Valencia, Senior.
He was preceded in death by his Wife: Frances, Parents: Carlos and Maria, seven brothers and two sisters. Bobby is survived by three children, 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, two sisters, one brother, many nieces and nephews, extended family members and life long friends. More recently, he enjoyed the company of his friend and companion Stella.
Bobby liked the outdoors, especially camping at the "Tree" in Sonoita. He loved music, especially the "Golden Oldies". He thought music from the 50's and 60's was the best ever.
There will be a celebration of his life at Martinez Funeral Chapel, 2580 S. 6th Avenue on Monday, January 24,2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.. The family visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m.. Deacon Fred Valdenegro , a long time friend, will conduct Scripture service at 2:00 p.m., due to Pima County's mandate, those attending are required to wear a face mask.
In closing, we thank all of you for the love and support you gave to Bobby throughout his life. It meant a lot to him. He is finally at rest and free of pain.
