Rosa Delia Negrete

Rosa Delia Negrete, 81, passed away on November 2, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.  She is preceded in death by her husband Ruben L. Negrete;  Children:  Guadalupe Jeong (Edward Jeong Jr), Elizabeth Negrete, Luis Ruben Negrete, Teresa Ramirez (David Ramirez), and Diana Negrete; Brother:  Gilberto Moraga; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.She was born in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Rosa Delia was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.  She enjoyed baking cakes to donate the proceeds to the orphanage in Mexico.  She was very spiritual and loved to pray.  Rosa Delia was a great mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She made sure to instill values and morals to everyone that surrounded her.  She was a teacher at a catholic school and for catechism. She started working at very early age.  She was a secretary and was very skilled in shorthand. To Rosa Delia, family always came first.  She was very family oriented.  She was a very kind, better described as genuine.  Many people say she had "Holy Hands".  People would come to her to ask her to pray on their behalf for a special petition.  People say that any petitions made by her would be granted.  Such a beautiful soul that has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior.  Although she will be greatly missed, she will forever be remembered and in live in the hearts of those she touched.  Funeral services will be on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Churh.  Services will begin with a Rosary at 2:00 P.M., Mass Celebration at 2:30 P.M., and followed by burial at Nogales Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Martinez Funeral Chapels, 891 W. Mariposa Rd., Nogales, Arizona.
