Rosa Armida Rubal

Rosa nació en Colonia Morelos, Sonora., México, el 30 de agosto de 1938 y regresó a casa el 20 de febrero de 2025 en Tucson, Arizona. Por los últimos 38 años, Rosa residio en Parker, Arizona, y trabajo en el Blue Water Casino hasta su jubilación. Rosa siempre se distinguió por su generosidad, y su buen humor, trayendo alegría a todos los que tuvieron la dicha de conocerla.

Una persona humilde que tenía la facilidad de relacionarse con todos los que la rodeaban y por lo cual cultivó muchas y perdurables amistades. Fue una dedicada, fiel y excelente esposa y madre. Su orgullo y felicidad eran sus hijos y nietos, a quienes amo por encima de todo y que siempre los despedía con un “I lav you, Dios te bendiga.” Fue una Nana muy querida y respetada siempre, no únicamente por sus hijos y nietos, sino por toda la familia y amistades.

A Rosa le sobrevive su querido esposo, Richard M. Rubal, sus amadas hijas: Rosita, Griselda, Linda (Joel), Antoinette y su hijo Vianey. La segunda de sus hijas, +Blanca, la estaba esperando en las puertas del paraíso para darle la bienvenida. Asimismo, le sobreviven dos hermanas, un hermano, su querida cuñada Lola y su esposo George así como varios sobrinos y ahijados. Rosa contaba también con el gran amor de sus 16 nietos, 34 bisnietos y dos tataranietos. Rosa fue una Nana muy querida, amorosa y consentidora y, sobre todo, muy presente en sus vidas, quienes extrañaran enormemente sus juegos, sus caricias, sus bromas, su forma de hablarles en spanglish, que solo lo hacía para hacerlos reír y que por medio de ellos, sus nietos, su legado seguirá por muchos años más. Rosa fue una excelente esposa, madre, abuela, hermana, amiga, costurera y jardinera, que le encantaba la cocina y tenía una excelente sazón, le gustaba hornear pan de levadura y empanadas de calabaza, comprar muchos zapatos, pero nada le gustaba más que ir al Casino.

Rosa fue una persona muy generosa, y de un enorme corazón, que siempre hizo el bien, brindo ayuda a un sin número de personas y siempre busco la paz entre la familia. Poseedora de muchos dones, pero el más hermoso era el de siempre perdonar y olvidar la ofensa. Una mujer de fe que nunca se cansó de darle gracias a Dios siempre y por todo. Rosa fue una gran guerrera, una mujer fuerte, que luchó mucho toda su vida, ganó todas sus batallas, pero en esta última, su cuerpo no le respondió y ahora se encuentra en el paraíso, donde no hay dolor ni sufrimiento y donde también podrá sembrar todas las flores que guste, y que no se las dañaran ni el sol ni los conejos. No más diálisis. Hasta que volvamos a vernos, descanse en paz. 

Rosa was born in Colonia Morelos, Sonora, Mexico, on August 30, 1938 and entered eternal paradise on February 20, 2025 in Tucson, Arizona. Rosa resided in Parker, Arizona with her husband for 38 years, and worked at the Blue Water Casino until her retirement. Rosa was always distinguished by her generosity and good humor, bringing joy to all who had the joy of knowing her.

A humble person who saw the best in everyone around her and for which she cultivated many lasting friendships. She was a dedicated, faithful and excellent wife and mother. Her pride and happiness were her children and grandchildren, whom she loved above all else and who always said goodbye with “I lav you, God bless you.” She was a very loved and respected Nana, not only by her children and grandchildren, but by her entire family and friends.

 Rosa is survived by her loving husband, Richard M. Rubal, her loving daughters: Rosita, Griselda, Linda (Joel), Antoinette and her son Vianey. She is preceded in death by her beloved daughter +Blanca, whom was waiting for her at the gates of paradise to welcome her. Additionally, she is survived by two sisters, a brother, her beloved sister-in-law Lola and her husband George as well as several nephews, nieces and godchildren. Rosa also had the great love of her 16 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Rosa was a very beloved, loving and pampering Nana and, above all, very present in their lives, who will greatly miss her games, her caresses, her jokes, her way of speaking to them in Spanglish, which she only did to make them laugh. Her legacy will continue for many more years through extended family. Rosa was an excellent wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, seamstress and gardener, who loved cooking and had excellent seasoning. She liked to bake yeast bread and pumpkin empanadas, had a love for buying many shoes, but she liked nothing more than going to the Casino.

Rosa was a very generous person, with a huge heart, who always did good, helped countless people and always sought peace among the family. Possessor of many gifts, but the most beautiful was to always forgive and forget. A woman of faith who never tired of thanking God always and for everything. Rosa was a great warrior, a strong woman, who fought hard all her life, won all her battles, but in this last one, her body did not respond and now she is in paradise, where there is no pain or suffering and where she can also plant all the flowers she likes, and not let the sun or the rabbits harm them. “No more dialysis”. Until we meet again, rest in peace.
