Rosie Amezcua

Rosa (Rosie) Amezcua, 84 passed away peacefully on August 1, 2018. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was reunited in Heaven with her husband of 64 years, Raul Amezcua and her beloved daughter, Irma Mendoza; parents Teodoro and Esperanza Teso. She  has left behind to cherish her memories; her daughters, Olga Emmert (Jerry) and Leticia Amezcua; sons, Raul Amezcua, Jr. (Carmen) and Cesar Juan Amezcua (Judith);son in-law, Javier Mendoza;  Grandchildren; Javier (Lizette), Eric, Katrina, Ashley, Jesse, Erik, Vanessa, Franky, Alex, Daniela and Cesar Jr.; great grandchildren, Danitza, Javier, Mia, Manny Jr. and Mason; sister Socorro Tanori; brothers; Lorenzo Teso, Francisco Teso and Arnulfo Teso; and best friend, Ofelia Teso. Also preceded in death by; sisters, Angie Teso, Manuela Lopez, Consuelo Orozco, Mariana Delgado and Esperanza Gastelum; brothers, Jose Teso, Ramon Teso, Teddy Teso and Henry Teso.  Born in Tucson, Arizona on August 8, 1933 and raised in nearby Continental.  Later worked, raised her family and lived majority of her life in Nogales, Arizona.  Being with her family was what she valued overall; nothing brought her more joy than spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her strong devotion to her faith was a daily part of her life which she also instilled into her children. She will be missed immensely by all her family and friends but will forever be in our hearts and remembered with love. 

Our family is very grateful to Maria Nido, Maria Diaz and Martha Miranda for providing such wonderful care and companionship to our beloved mother in her final days.
