Sally R. Robles earned her heavenly wings on July 16, 2019. Sally passed peacefully, surrounded by all of her loving family. Born in Brawley, California to the late Mateo Rodriguez and Elvira Hernandez Rodriguez. Sally was preceded in death by her husband Gregory A. Robles, beloved daughter Evelyn Montaño and sister Sylvia Benavidez. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Elvia (Carlos) Lopez, Elissa (Leroy Brace) Robles, Elaine Robles, Suzie Robles, Darlene (Luis) Campuzano and Marissa (Robert) Orosco; son-in-law Jesus Montaño and sisters, Sarah Balbuena and Carmen Aguirre; as well as 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. In her life, Sally was a homemaker, beautician and a teachers-aide. She was a beautiful teacher and had a very special way of connecting with people. Sally’s family will remember her for her unfailing faith, strength and love. Her prayers and love are what sustained her family. She touched the lives of so many people, as soon as they met her, they loved her and she them. Sally’s strength to overcome life’s trials will forever resonate with her daughters and grandchildren. Sally loved to dance, color and binge watch “Forensic Files”. She loved receiving family and friends in her home with her special recipes of carne con chile, tacos and homemade tortillas. She was a classy lady that had to make sure wherever she went, she was wearing her signature peach lipstick and smile. While our family mourns her passing, we are comforted by the endless love and kindness she showed us, the strength she instilled within us, and many wonderful years of memories and stories of her that remain with us always. We also find comfort in knowing that she is reunited with her loving Mother and Daughter who she missed so much. “Good night, God bless you, we love you.”
