Socorro P. Ballesteros, 98, passed away in Tucson on June 26, 2017, surrounded by family. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband for 70 years, Juan E. Ballesteros. She is survived by her sons: Juan A. Ballesteros and Pablo Ballesteros; Daughters: Blanca Julia B. Garlant and Martha B. Grover; 12 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Socorro entered a deep sleep in her loving daughters home here in Tucson where the Lord guided her to join Him in his kingdom. She was born October 6, 1918 in Cananea, Sonora , a daughter to Mariana and Roberto Paredes. Married to Juan Ballesteros she dedicated her life to being the most perfect and loving wife she could be and accomplished this. Together they welcomed into this world beautiful children Blanca, Martha, Juan, and Pablo all of whom have adored the love she had for them. Her limitless love trickled down onto her many grand children that will never forget this love. She loved watching novelas and cooking, especially when it included loved ones. She's a social spirit that enjoyed listening to music and live performances that gave her the chance to watch people dance with enjoyment. Every day she would pray for her husband, all of her children, and grandchildren as they all meant the world to her. Never did she live a life of disease, simply a happy one that everyone wished for and a peaceful voyage to the afterlife. The Services will be at the mausoleum of Holy Hope Cemetery on Friday July 07 at 10:00 AM.
