Talib Raheim Bridges

Talib Raheim Bridges started his journey on July 17, 1996 in Tucson, Arizona to Ramon La Mark & Buffie Ann Bridges. Talib accepted Jesus Christ and loved to encourage others with the Word of God. Positivity was in his DNA, along with a smile that brightened any room. He was a proud graduate of Tucson High School and a member of the Badger Football team. After graduation Talib began his higher education at Shasta College in Redding, California where he was a member of the Knight Football team. His major was Kinesiology - human kinetics; the study of body movements. Talib had a great love for a healthy body and kept in shape through diet, exercise and drinking plenty of water. He encouraged his family and friends to do the same. During his surgery rehabilitation from a football injury, Talib returned home to Tucson and continued his studies at Pima Community College. While attending college he also worked at B/E Aerospace Inc. as a Paint Prepper. On May 6, 2017, Talib Raheim Bridges went home to be with the Lord. May his soul find peace, favor and acceptance with God his Heavenly Father. Talib is preceded in death by his father Ramon La Mark Bridges, his brother Michael Anthony Holloway Bridges, his grandfather James Massengale (Pops), his aunt Kim Massengale. his uncles Kurt Massengale, Tony Kee and his special friend De’Antae Fuller. He leaves to cherish his memories - the light of his life, his heartbeat, his beloved son Raheim Bridges; mother, Buffie Bridges (Jermane Lamar Maxwell); sisters, Surayyah Bridges & Jahmiyyah Maxwell; brother, Ramon Bridges; maternal grandparents; William & Julia McGrew; paternal grandmother, Betty Massingale; aunts, Donna (Jerome) Walker, Marcella Bridges, and Donna Kee; uncles; Harold McGrew, Ronald (Cyndi) Bridges, Marty (Rhonda) Massengale, Reggie Massengale, Walter Mason and Tye Massengale; niece, Makaila Bridges; nephew, Khalee Careem Bridges Mitchell due to arrive 9/1/2017 and a host of cousins, family and friends.
