Teofilo Escarcega

Teofilo Escarcega, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on December 16, 2024, in Tucson, Arizona. He lived a life full of love, dedication, and hard work. Born June 17, 1932 in Cumpas, Sonora, Mexico. Teofilo was a devoted family man who cherished time spent with his loved ones above all else. He is preceded in death by his wife, Socorro, and is survived by his wife Guadalupe, and his six children, Rosa, Alma, Angelica, Socorro, Veronica, and Teofilo Jr. He also leaves behind a legacy of 26 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren who will continue to carry his memory. Teofilo worked in the construction industry for many years, contributing his skills and knowledge to countless projects. Also a passionate baseball fan, he loved the sport and shared his enthusiasm with his family. But his greatest joy was spending time with his family, always making an effort to visit his children and grandchildren, no matter the distance. Family was at the heart of everything Teofilo did. He will be remembered for his warmth, his generosity, and his unwavering commitment to the people he loved. He instilled in his family the importance of togetherness, kindness, and hard work. A celebration of Teofilo's life will be held on December 21, 2024 at 1:30pm-5:30pm at Martinez Funeral Chapel. The Family invites all who knew him to join in honoring his memory.

Vivió una vida llena de amor, dedicación y trabajo arduo.Nació el 17 de junio de 1932 en Cumpas, Sonora, México. Teófilo fue un hombre de familia devoto que valoraba el tiempo pasado con sus seres queridos por encima de todo. Le precede en la muerte su esposa, Socorro, y le sobreviven su esposa Guadalupe, y sus seis hijos: Rosa, Alma, Angélica, Socorro, Verónica y Teófilo Jr. También deja un legado de 26 nietos, 38 bisnietos y 5 tataranietos que continuarán llevando su memoria.Teófilo trabajó en la industria de la construcción durante muchos años, contribuyendo con sus habilidades y conocimientos a innumerables proyectos. También fue un apasionado fanático del béisbol, amaba el deporte y compartia su entusiasmo con su familia. Pero su mayor alegría era pasar tiempo con su familia, siempre haciendo un esfuerzo por visitar a sus hijos y nietos, sin importar la distancia.La familia fue el centro de todo lo que Teófilo hizo. Lo recordarán por su calidez, generosidad y su compromiso inquebrantable con las personas que amaba. Enseñó a su familia la importancia de la unión, la bondad y el trabajo arduo. Se llevará a cabo una celebración de la vida de Teófilo el 21 de diciembre de 2024 de 1:30 p.m. a 5:30 p.m. en la Capilla Funeraria Martínez. La familia invita a todos los que lo conocieron a unirse para honrar su memoria.
