Tyler J. Badilla, 20, of Tucson, was called home Monday, June 10, 2019. Visitation will be on Friday, June, 21, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. A final goodbye service will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Martinez Funeral Chapels followed by Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Agustine Cathedral Church, 192 S. Stone Ave., Tucson, AZ. Tyler was born in Tucson, AZ to Art Badilla and Carmelita Gastelum on Thursday, March 4, 1999. He is survived by his parents, Art Padilla (Melissa Rivera) and Carmelita Gastelum (Timothy Randyquist Jr.); brothers, Isaac Badilla, Zachary Badilla, Arturo Angel Badilla, Mark Badilla, Andrew Frazier, Steven Frazier; sister, Sierra Badilla; grandparents, Margarita Valenzuela, David Gastelum, Carmelita Gastelum, Sylvia Badilla and Arturo Badilla; great-grandparents, Alicia Valenzuela and Thomas Gastelum; as well as several cousins, aunts and uncles. Tyler loved the Chicago Bulls Team and listening to his music with his headphones that never seemed to come off. He loved being a big brother and embraced that role with pride. Helping his mom and brothers was always important to him. He loved dogs and especially enjoyed taking them on long walks.
Rest in paradise our beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin who was taken sooner than anyone could have imagined at the young age of 20 years old. Tyler was always in good spirits with his unforgettable smile that will never be forgotten. He will always be in our hearts!
