Veronica T. Duarte

Veronica T. Duarte, 45, earned her angel wings on July 04, 2019 in Chandler, AZ, a place she called home. Her celebration of life will be held at Martinez Funeral Chapel on July 19, 2019 at from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for immediate family and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for other family and close friends.  Veronica was born on March 31, 1974 in Nogales, AZ to Alfredo and Martha Duarte. She graduated from Desert View High School, class of 1992. Veronica moved up to the valley in the early 2000s and made it her second home. She touched the lives of so many, with a smile and personality that could make anyone feel her warmth. Her family was such a huge source of love and laughter for her, especially her puppies. She rescued them when they needed someone the most and she loved them with all of her heart. Not to mention her love of all things history, her constant ability to keep an upbeat spirit and her willingness to sing a song at the top of her lungs. Veronica was truly unique and very much loved. Veronica is survived by her father and mother Alfredo and Martha Duarte, her brother and sister, Jesus Alfredo Duarte and Annette Patricia Pizarro, as well as her nieces and nephew, Danitza Alejandra Pizarro, Daniel Javier Pizarro and Destiny Renee Pizarro. May she rest in eternal peace.
