Victor M. Borboa, 81, passed away on July 19, 2018 in Mammoth, AZ. He had been a longtime resident of Mammoth and is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Jesusita Borboa; son, Victor V. Borboa Jr.; brother, Rodolfo Borboa; sisters, Dora Neil and Gloria Pico. Preceded in death by his parents, Salvador and Rosario Borboa; brothers, Jesus Borboa and Gilberto Borboa; sisters, Delia Coronado and Margarita Guillen.
Victor was a veteran who proudly served in the United States Army. He then began his 41 year career at Magma/B.H.P. Mine in San Manuel. A big Arizona Diamondbacks fan who thoroughly enjoyed watching them play. He was a very loving, respectable and kind husband and father. One of his favorite past-times was family gatherings. He may not be here physically, but he will live forever in the hearts of all those he touched. He will be greatly missed.
Services are scheduled for Friday, July 27, 2018 at Blessed Sacrament Church located at 122 W. Church Drive in Mammoth, AZ beginning with a visitation from 9:00 a.m to 10:15 a.m., rosary recited at 9:30 a.m. and Mass celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow immediately at Mammoth Valley View Cemetery.
