Waldo R. Grijalva III

Waldo R. Grijalva III, 48, passed away on November 24, 2018. He is survived by his parents, Waldo and Rosa Grijalva; sisters, Rosemarie Grijalva and Rebecca Grijalva; daughter, Jessica Lopez; God-daughter, Maricruz Grijalva, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Waldo was loving, caring and giving; his heart was made of gold. His motto was always, “family first!” His perseverance was so inspiring. He overcame so much and accomplished so many personal goals.  He never let his disability damper his soul. His smile was so big and bright that his eyes would appear shut with joy. His jokes where so funny and the pranks were unforgettable. He’d ride the children around in circles as if his wheelchair was a gift. Always playing his favorite music loudly, as he sang along at the top of his lungs, while playing his air drums. Waldo touched the hearts and souls of many and may his memory live forever in our hearts.
