Yolanda Patricha Medina

Yolanda Patricia Medina, a life-long resident of Tucson, AZ, passed away on December 2, 2020 at the age of 68 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Yolanda is survived by her beloved husband of 46 years, David Medina; her children, Monica and Sonia; her grandson, David Alanis and her sisters Irene Bernal and Natalia Ornelas. Yolanda was born in Tucson on March 17, 1952 and graduated from Tucson High School in 1970. Yolanda then met her life long partner and married August 31, 1974. She was a stay at home mother during her children's toddler years. In 1988 she started a carrer as a teacher's aide with the TUSD school district working with middle school special needs students and then later she worked at Tucson High School. Yolanda, was a very caring wife, mother, grandmother and sister she will be greatly missed by the entire family. The Medina family would like to thank everyone for thier support in our moments of rejoicing Yolanda into the arms of the Lord.
